Becoming a Workshop Leader

Can I apply to be a workshop leader if I don’t live near your offices?
Yes. Our professional development workshops are delivered in schools around the world and online. What matters most is your expertise and your ability to engage educators — not your location.
Do you accept workshop leaders from all countries?
We welcome applications from experienced educators globally. Because international schools serve diverse communities, we value having workshop leaders who bring different cultural and professional perspectives.
How does distance affect opportunities?
Many of our workshops are delivered on-site, so travel may be involved. Others are run online, allowing leaders to contribute from anywhere. We also match leaders to opportunities that align with their location, expertise, and availability.
Is there support for workshop leaders working internationally?
Yes. We provide clear frameworks, materials, and ongoing communication so that every workshop is consistent in quality, while still giving leaders the freedom to bring their own voice and expertise.
What kind of background do you look for?
We work with a wide range of educators. Many of our workshop leaders are experienced teachers, coordinators, or school leaders with deep knowledge in their field. At the same time, we also welcome newer teachers who are eager to build experience. In some cases, you may deliver a series of workshops we have already prepared, and we provide training — both in person and online — to help you grow as a facilitator. What matters most is your commitment to supporting other educators and your willingness to learn.
Is becoming a workshop leader financially worthwhile?
Yes. We believe professional development should be rewarding for everyone involved — including those who lead it. That’s why we offer competitive financial compensation for all our workshop leaders.
-
Good rates for every workshop. Whether you are delivering an established workshop or leading a tailored programme, you will be compensated fairly for your time and expertise.
-
All expenses covered. When travel is required, we cover flights, accommodation, and daily expenses so you can focus on your workshop, not logistics.
-
Recognition for experience. More experienced workshop leaders are offered higher rates in recognition of their expertise and the added value they bring.
Our aim is to make leading workshops not only professionally fulfilling but also financially sustainable.
