About

Founders' Story

Our consultancy began with three educators who had each spent over twenty years working in schools around the world — from London and Paris to Frankfurt, Athens, and Tokyo. With backgrounds in the UK and Canada, we had seen international education from many perspectives and shared the belief that schools could benefit from more tailored, practical support.

When we first met, one theme kept coming up in our conversations: each of us had a clear sense of where schools needed help most. One of us championed professional development, convinced that investing in teachers and staff is the foundation of a thriving school community. Another focused on strengthening leadership and guiding schools through accreditation. The third had built schools from the ground up, specialising in marketing, admissions, and public relations, and saw how vital these areas had become as schools compete in a global landscape.

Bringing these strengths together, we founded this consultancy to help schools grow stronger and more sustainable. What started as three people’s shared vision has since grown into a wider team dedicated to supporting international schools across all aspects of their work.
